Our name “ALZAMEL”, illustrating our horizon of services as far as stars located. established by qualified professionals with more than ten years of experience in the travel & tourism industry. On the same year, we spread our geographical coverage by opening our Jordanian Branch at Amman .In the first quarter of 2017, our third branch at Khartoum was opened to expand ourservices in emerging African Market, and latest branch was at Dubai which opened in the middle of 2019. Our trained staff has extensive experience in the travel & tourism industry and has attended numerous seminars & courses in order to serve our travelers the way they deserve. We excel in our passion to serve the customers and we are happy to advise them on the best possible option that will make their trip more comfortable. We have established excellent working relationships with a huge network of suppliers around the world, whom we often visit in order to ensure the quality of their services. We strongly believe that Corporate Clients require a range of specific services which are crucial for the successful management of their travel programs. This is why we differentiate ourselves from conventional travel agencies and focus exclusively on designing Travel Solutions for corporate clients. We take the time to understand our Clients’ Needs. Dedicated Account Managers work with them to analyze their specific travel requirements. Our Travel Management Strategy is based on their priorities and takes into consideration that they may have traveler profiles that require different levels of service. But we don’t simply assist them in the booking of tickets and hotels but provide them with the tools to maximize their entire travel management system.
